IFS Intensives
IFS and EMDR Therapy Intensives
You’ve built a life that looks steady from the outside - a successful career, full calendar, strong relationships. You’ve worked hard to keep everything moving.
But inside, it’s a different story.
You might wake up already tense …your heart racing, brain spinning through what you missed or need to fix. You power through meetings and emails while carrying a quiet sense that you’re one small crisis away from unraveling.
You reread messages before sending them, replay conversations long after they’re over, and lie awake running through the list of everything you should have done differently.
Even when things look fine, you can’t shake the hum of anxiety underneath it all, the sense that something is off, or that you’re about to drop the ball.
You’ve done therapy before. You understand why you feel this way, but you still feel stuck in the same patterns:
Overanalyzing and overfunctioning to stay in control
People-pleasing or shutting down when things feel uncertain or out of your control
Intrusive thoughts and waves of anxiety that appear out of nowhere
Disconnection from your body, moving through life on autopilot
Self-criticism that never seems to quiet down
You’re not broken. You’re a human with a nervous system that’s been under pressure for a long time.
And what you want now isn’t more insight, it’s relief.
Why Choose an Intensive
Weekly therapy can be powerful, but when your system is stuck in high gear, progress can feel slow.
An Intensive offers uninterrupted intentional time to go deeper without the stop-and-start of traditional sessions.
In a few focused hours or days, we create the conditions your nervous system needs to truly reset and integrate.
Women and high-performing adults choose intensives when they want to:
Break cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout
Heal attachment wounds and early trauma that keep resurfacing
Reconnect to their body and sense of safety
Experience meaningful change faster and more sustainably
An intensive isn’t just therapy, it’s a dedicated space for nervous-system healing, emotional clarity, and grounded transformation.
What You’re Really Wanting…
You want to turn off your brain at night and actually rest.
You want to walk into a meeting feeling clear and confident, not flooded.
You want to trust yourself instead of second-guessing every move.
You want to stop apologizing for having needs or performing to feel safe.
You want to relax without guilt, feel connected to your body, and breathe without effort.
You’re not asking for perfection! You’re asking to feel steady, present, and at home in your own mind and body..
That’s what an IFS and EMDR Intensive is designed to offer… relief and transformation that is long lasting and nervous-system repair that sticks.

How IFS and EMDR Work Together
IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps you explore the inner “parts” that developed in response to pain: protectors, managers, and exiles, while EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain reprocess the traumatic memories those parts still carry.
Together, these approaches help you:
Access and release the emotions or trauma responses your system has been holding
Heal attachment wounds and relational fear
Restore connection between body, mind, and Self
Build trust in your ability to handle life’s daily stressors
Move from self-criticism to compassion, and from fear to calm
This allows integration that supports nervous system regulation and healing as well as change that lasts.
Who Benefits from EMDR & IFS Intensives?
EMDR & IFS Intensives are ideal for those who are:
High-performing career- driven professionals navigating stress, burnout, or emotional disconnection
Living with OCD, intrusive thoughts, or chronic anxiety
Struggling with attachment disorder in adults or difficulty communicating in relationships
Experiencing panic attacks, dissociation, or emotional numbness
Facing workplace trauma, complex trauma, or relational burnout
Feeling trapped, stuck, or shut down despite years of effort
You might be used to being in control, analyzing everything, or pushing through discomfort. But healing doesn’t require force, it requires safety, compassion, and curiosity. That’s what an intensive provides.
For Women in Perimenopause and Menopause
Hormonal changes can magnify emotional sensitivity and reawaken old trauma responses from fear of abandonment, to self-doubt or feeling disconnected in your relationships and from your body.
Intensives provide a safe, structured space for processing and regulating your nervous system, so you can feel grounded, clear, and at home within your mind and body again.
