You've Mastered
Everything Except
How You Actually Feel.

Performance Therapist

At work, at home, in every room you walk into - you feel the pressure and need to be the best, the provider, make more money. But carrying it all alone, without a real outlet, eventually takes a toll. Therapy is the space built entirely for you.

You're Not Alone In This

High-Performing on the Outside. Struggling on the Inside.

Many men, especially career driven professionals, tech leaders, and entrepreneurs are conditioned to push through, stay in control, not to talk about their feelings and figure it out on their own. Asking for help can feel like admitting failure. But the truth is, what looks like strength on the outside often masks real pain underneath.

If you're carrying workplace trauma, attachment wounds, or a nervous system stuck in overdrive, something has to give. Therapy isn't about admitting defeat — it's about finally having one space that's entirely yours. No performance, no expectations, just honest work that actually moves the needle.

You may be struggling with:

  • Emotional exhaustion and perfectionism and burnout that never lets up

  • Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or numb even when life "looks fine"

  • Intrusive thoughts, OCD patterns, or thoughts of impending doom

  • Fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses at work or in relationships

  • People pleasing and difficulty saying what you actually need

  • Feeling like you always have to prove yourself

  • Fear of losing control or feeling trapped

  • Fear of rejection or abandonment and shutting down when relationships get too close

  • Feeling stuck, hopeless, or like you're falling short no matter what you do

"Strength isn't the absence of struggle. It's having somewhere safe to take it."

Many men carry deep, unprocessed experiences such as childhood attachment wounds, complex trauma, workplace trauma, or the slow erosion of always performing and societal expectations of not talking about their feelings. These don't disappear on their own. But with the right support, they absolutely can heal.

Why This Matters:

The Cost of Carrying It All Alone

Men are often socialized to see emotional expression as a liability, especially in high-stakes careers in tech, finance, medicine, or entrepreneurship. Over time, unexpressed stress, grief, and fear become stored in the body as nervous system dysregulation, attachment disorder in adults, codependent patterns, or chronic physical tension.

Internalized messages like "I am not good enough," "I am not likeable," or "I am not loveable" often rooted in early attachment injuries quietly drive overachievement, self-criticism, and a constant feeling of helplessness or hopelessness, even at the height of external success.

Therapy offers something most men rarely experience: a genuinely safe container to process your job, your relationships, your family, and your inner world without judgment, performance, or expectation.

Deep Trauma Processing

EMDR Therapy

EMDR helps your brain reprocess the traumatic memories and survival responses that keep your nervous system locked in high alert without reliving every detail. Particularly effective for men carrying complex trauma, workplace trauma, or childhood attachment injuries.

  • Complex PTSD and nervous system healing

  • Panic attacks and fight/flight/freeze responses

  • Attachment healing therapy

  • Processing high-stress career trauma

Inner Parts Work

IFS Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you meet and understand the inner parts of you that overwork, shut down, overanalyze, or brace for rejection not to eliminate them, but to help them relax so you can lead from a place of calm clarity.

  • OCD, intrusive thoughts, and fear of losing control

  • Self-criticism and internalized pressure

  • People pleasing and fawn responses

  • IFS intensives for deeper, faster work

Relational Healing

Attachment Style Therapy

Attachment disorder in adults often shows up as difficulty communicating needs, fear of rejection or abandonment, emotional shutdown, feeling disconnected or pushing people away. As an attachment therapist, I help you understand the relational patterns formed early in life and in your current relationships in order rewrite them from the inside out.

  • Abandonment fear and avoidant patterns

  • Difficulty asking for what you need

  • Feeling disconnected in relationships

  • Grounded support for lasting connection

What to Expect

A Space Built Entirely for You - No Performance Required

Many men have never had a truly safe space to be honest; not with a boss, a partner, or even themselves. Our sessions are different. I use a direct caring approach. This is your place to slow down, speak freely, and finally process what you've been carrying.

  • What To Expect:

  • Free Discovery Call

A no-pressure 15 minute consultation to explore what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, and whether my approach feels like the right fit. No commitment, no jargon… just an honest conversation.

  • Build Trust & Safety

Before any deep work, we build a therapeutic relationship grounded in honesty, no judgment and mutual respect. Your pace. Your comfort. No pressure to open up before you're ready.

  • Deep, Lasting Change

Using EMDR, IFS therapy, and somatic approaches, we work with the root causes; not just the symptoms. So the changes you make in therapy carries into every area of your life.
